01Prepare the segment
Set the topic, angle, boundaries and optional editorial cards before going live.
02Direct the live turn
PTT, Direct and chat context can steer the next response; host input keeps priority.
03Continue or recover
Agenda state and provider fallback help the segment continue without hiding a failure.
04Choose local or cloud
Use Ollama for tested local configurations or BYOK for cloud. Model behavior is configuration-specific.
05Stop with control
Pause, redirect or close the segment when novelty, factual confidence or live rhythm drops.

From abandoned prototype to source of truth
Since mid-July 2026 the Tauri app is the source of truth: the improved, stable version of the product. CustomTkinter (CTK) was a functional prototype, fully abandoned (Legacy Unstable) without the interruption improvements.
